What is allowed and What is not:
The site remains at this time as an "unofficial" website for Ron Livingston. The moderators think of this site as an Official "Unofficial" website that touts this man's significant acting talent. We would like to maintain a site that Mr. Livingston himself or family would enjoy browsing through. In order to accomplish this, the moderators will not allow inappropriate language, or comments based on race, gender, religious, or sexual orientation, and otherwise threatening comments that are meant to inflame a poster or the boards. These items apply not just to posts concerning Ron Livingston, but also general board etiquette.
To put it simply- be polite. Be respectful, and always think about the impact of what you are posting on Ron or anybody else. Remember; for all we know at this site, the person we hold in high esteem and who we dedicate this site too may be reading along in the threads. If he is not, a family member or significant other could be. The moderators want this site to be one that anybody who holds his work in high regard would enjoy visiting. If a registered member to this site sets a pattern or continually attacks or attempts to intimidate other posters their post or most recent threads that include their unwanted behavior will be deleted. If you have been removed from www.ronlivingstonsite.com or www.ronlivingstonsite.net, you must email the webmaster/moderators (NY Yellow and CalVat69) and ask permission to be reinstated. Their decision is final and you may not appeal it.
The Personal Life of Ron Livingston
When we the moderators discussed the phenomenon we have observed in life called "celebrity rumors," we decided that we would have a website that does not speculate or start rumors or succumb to rumors concerning Ron Livingston's personal life. Quite frankly, it is none of our business. You will be immediately asked by a moderator to reveal your source and will be requested to provide the name or entity.
In Hollywood and the celebrity world there is really only one good source about an actor's personal life; the actor himself. If Ron Livingston is gracious enough to share his life in photos at public events then we are happy to post about them, and you will most likely see them posted in our photo gallery. If he chooses to keep his private life private, then the moderators of this board intend to support and protect his right to do so.
Rumors and speculation are just not allowed here.
